{"id":42,"date":"2022-01-08T16:56:42","date_gmt":"2022-01-08T16:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alpnoe.live-website.com\/?page_id=42"},"modified":"2025-11-24T13:36:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T13:36:15","slug":"teilnahmebedingung","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/alpnoe.org\/en\/tyrolean-apnea-cup\/teilnahmebedingung","title":{"rendered":"Terms of participation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-kb-palette-3-color has-text-color\" data-block-type=\"core\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Minimum age: 18 years (participation is possible from the age of 16 with written and signed consent from a parent or guardian).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Confirmation of a dive sport <strong>medical examination <\/strong>which must be no older than one year on competition day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Only <strong>coated weights <\/strong>are allowed in the swimming pool. This will be checked during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Paid <strong>participation fee* <\/strong>(\u20ac 70.-).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">If a participant does not appear for the competition, his or her paid entry fee forfeits. No refund possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The official competition language is English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Photo and video recordings are property of the organizer and will not be handed over to participants. As a result of their registration, athletes grant the organizer the permission to use all photographs and video recordings for advertising and educational purposes or to publish them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">A.I.D.A. will publish some personal details like name, gender or age (for instance for the ranking).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The organizer does not take on liability. Participation is done on athletes\u2019 own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The number of participants is limited to 36 (ranking takes place following completed registration and paid entry fee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">If there are more than 36 registrations, additional participants will be put on a waiting list and may move up if another athlete does not participate (participants from the waiting list will of course receive a refund of the registration fee if there is no starting place left for them).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The athletes have read and understood the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/aidainternational.org\/Documents\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#cfecff\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--stk-global-color-83754, #5b62f5);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">regulations<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: var(--stk-global-color-65914, #cfecff);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#cfecff\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/span>of the AIDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Registration here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aidainternational.org\/Events\/EventRegistration-2209\"><span style=\"color: var(--stk-global-color-83754, #00eeff);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">registration<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>With registration for the 12<sup>th<\/sup> A.I.D.A.
